My Story - Habits of Health
The internet contains a lot of misinformation and just plain BS about weight loss, readers have to dig a little deeper to get quality information. Researching the program, I found most people lost weight on the plan or that their friends had lost weight using the products. Amazingly there were virtually no reports of people that didn't have success on the program. There were comments about people gaining weight back, but that's because they hadn't changed their behavior and went right back to old eating patterns. I'm not really sure what they expected.

Since I was committed to changing my behavior, including exercising and eating smaller portions, I was confident the weight would stay off. I just needed help losing it and undoing past bad decisions. For the first time, I could see a healthy body in my future. That
night I couldn't sleep because I was so anxious to get started on my road to fat loss.

On my first day of the program, my health coach contacted me, and we started the plan. In the first week I lost 12 pounds, 7 pounds the week after*. The weight just started melting off. It was so easy to stick with the plan because every day I was losing weight. The initial results were incredible but consistency is the key. And I was losing consistently 2-3 pounds per week. In July 2009, I weighed 230 pounds having lost 50 pounds in 5 months.

In September of 2009 I went on my annual motorcycle vacation at 223 pounds. I stuck with
the program while on my trip, for the first time ever I came back from a vacation weighing less
than I did when I started; I was 220 pounds. I had finally reached my personal weight goal
that I had set six
years earlier and I did it in only 7 months.
